**Follow up Weekend 1 - Canaan Valley Resort & State Park

The first follow-up weekend for cohort 3 will be held at Canaan Valley Resort and State Park. Campers will have an opportunity to reconnect with each other and recieve follow-up instruction and physical activity opportunities along with their family members.

**This is a "closed" weekend. Only participating families in cohort 3 may attend.
